How fast can I expect a response from your teams?

 How long does it take to get medication once my order is placed?

Medication is usually delivered within 7-10 business days once you have been approved.

Is there a required BMI to qualify?

Yes. To prioritize member health and safety, the Rx Path is for qualifying members with a BMI ≥30 (or ≥27 with certain comorbidities).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our customer support team at support@joinelevate.com with the subject line “Cancel my account” or calling (833) 669-2112. Please note, that not completing a refill form or not finishing the sign-up process does not result in cancellation.

Not a problem, we can get you the right dosage to continue where you’re at.

What are the side effects of the medication?

Side effects are extremely rare, and most individuals who take a GLP-1 do not experience any. Nausea is the most common side effect. However, we include a supply of anti-nausea medication in your shipment (if you need any).
